5 stars specifically for the dental hygienist, the dentist that filled in for my regular dentist was ok. I didn't care for her approach too much, she automatically recommended getting a tooth pulled, which was okay. What I didnt care for her stating to not get it filled, stating we would probably have to keep filling it, especially with poor "dental hygiene". She later said it would be difficult to reach because of its location, much better reason, not to make the client feel like they wouldn't maintain the dental work, I am there after all to maintain my dental hygiene... I believe she can polish up on her bedside manner, honesty is always best, but delivery is very important.
Amelia, thank you. We take your comments and feedback very seriously and use them as a learning tool for our team. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. As a dental hygienist myself, the term "Dental Hygiene" is a very textbook term. I can however see how to a patient it can come off rough and even offensive. Thank you for bringing it to our attention.-Regina Fuks R.D.H
