I always have a good experience at this clinic until this visit. I meant to write this review earlier but it just got shelved due to my busy schedule.
The 1st disappointing thing was when the hygienist carelessly put the napkin around my neck. The velcro caught my hair. Apologetic, she carefully used oil to remove my hair caught in the velcro.
Probably overwhelmed by the amount of work she needed to do, she became too insensitive to care whether I'm comfortable or not. I can't keep up with wiping all the water coming down my mouth into my chin and neck. She didn't seem to care that I'm experiencing that inconvenience. I walked out of the clinic with the upper part of my top damp.
Then, she was walked out from the room by the reception lady while she's in the middle of cleaning my teeth. The hygienist walked back to the room, but seemed suddenly disinterested in completing the cleaning - I can tell that she rushed it up. She even said that 'We're probably doing this for you for free'. I was silently stunned and wasn't able to probe what that meant as I cared about heading back to my office. Later, as I was checking out, the receptionist explained to me that I've used up my coverage and that cleaning I just had was a free service. That's when I put things together - that's probably the reason why she rushed up after that conversation with the receptionist. How I wish I was told upfront that I've used up my coverage - I would be very willing to pay out of pocket rather than receive that kind of so-so treatment because it's free anyways.
I'm giving myself another chance at this clinic because I LOVE Vayona and my periodontist Dr. Edalat. In fact, I already recommended this clinic to a co-worker before this incident happened. I'm not writing this review with this tone to put anybody in trouble. I believe reviews are important for the very same purpose you're conducting one - to make things better.
