Paid $50.00 for oil dye to find oil leak and was supposed to get a report via email after the return visit. 30 days have passed and I have not yet received the email report.
I know that emails get lost, so why is only a "no reply" email address provided with the survey? It could have mitigated a poor feedback rating. Of course I normally would call, but Since ASTRO sends me a lot of email (solicitations, reminders, surveys, etc.), why not be able to reply in kind?
The star rating scale in this survey is also weird (e.g. "***** Poor"). Does this mean that more stars equals more Poor? In this case my one "*" would be great but that's not what I mean for this particular diagnostic transaction.
I do trust this place for good transmission work but feedback for the diagnostic I paid for is lacking.
