Tasha was amazing! I've been going to Aveda for a few years and no student came across to the quality and professionalism that Tasha demonstrated. She should come back as educator when she's ready.

The services I received were excellent! My hair is gorgeous, I received exactly what I asked for. The student was right on point and deserves cudos.

However, the reason for the mediocre score is for the hygiene and cleaning habits of the "educators" and students. I have been going regularly to the Davie location since it opened; I'm usually there about once a month. In the past, if a students drops a comb or brush on the floor while performing a service, they quickly pick up the tool and set it a side and get a fresh comb or brush and continue working. Last night I saw 2 different master students drop combs on the floor, pick them up from the floor and continue to use them.

I noticed several master students when they finished with a customer that received a haircut, bring back the next client to their area without sweeping up the hair on the floor from the previous customer. Sadly, "educators", students and customers are walking all through the hair of others.

Obviously, if your educators are not saying anything to the students about these behaviors, the students are not going to learn the proper and healthy procedures. Please understand this was not all of the students, but it was more than one, indicating to me that these issues are not being stressed enough to the students. Please accept this critique as constructive criticism and not just complaining to be complaining.

Again, the services I received were excellent! I'll be back before the end of the month. Thank you for the opportunity to express my opinion.

My color retouch and haircut were absolutely perfect! The stylist greeted me promptly and was nothing short of absolutely charming and professional. I have made Aveda my salon of choice for some time now, and this last visit left me feeling happy and beautiful :)

My 60 minute facial lasted 41 minutes. There was no aroma experience, no wrap to cover my hair that got very wet. I had to remind him I had an upper lip as he omitted that area with the initial cleansing, toner and serum he applied. He talked constantly and told me I look like Hillary Clinton, politics aside it was not a compliment. Hand and foot massage was just slathering lotion. I have been coming to Aveda for at least 6years now and this was the worst $55. I've ever spent. After my 3 previous appointments were cancelled by you, one just as I was entering the parking lot, I still returned and recommended you to my friends. However, after this last experience I have my doubts.
