Everyone was so helpful and professional. They answered all of my questions and concerns.

Everything was just perfect, everything from assistance with billing my insurance, answering questions and calming my fears.

Getting teeth pulled and making dentures, etc is routine for your workers, but for the average patient it's a terrifying ritual (leading up to the day of your procedure). Everyone from the front desk to all the dentists and technicians and assistants were so comforting and helpful.

And it wasn't just me. As I sat in the lobby, I noticed how nice and friendly they were to all patients and the people who were there with the patients. I will happily and honestly refer everyone I know to Affordable Dentures.

I have always had a fear of dentistry practices. But I must say the staff at Affordable Dentures allayed all my fears and made me most comfortable with the work I had done. Thanks to a great staff and my attending dentist was most professional in informing me of details of the procedure as they were done. She was the best ever and I've seen a few.

The actual spa services were great, as always, but I was very disappointed in the fact that I was not able to use a gift certificate that had been sent to me by email due to the fact that I had not printed it out prior to coming to the spa. While the email does say "Click here to print," there is no indication in the email that you will be completely unable to use the certificate unless it's printed. I thought it was notable that the spa representative didn't a) offer to print it for me or b) simply input the barcode number on the email that I was able to pull up on my phone. I had made the decision to book a much more expensive package than I would normally do precisely because I had two $50 gift certificates to use, so her offer of being able to "come back and have another service" was pretty tone-deaf as well. Going to the spa is a treat/luxury for me, not something I can afford to do all the time, so I had planned this visit according to what I knew I could afford with my two gift certificates and some of my own money. I just don't understand why the employee didn't work a little harder to find a solution to this issue. For the future, please include a very prominent line in your email communication that informs customers that they will not be able to redeem gift certificates that aren't printed. Many places have adapted to honor electronic versions of gift certificates and cards, especially when they are delivered electronically. This was just a really unpleasant surprise at the end of a nice morning in your spa.
