I enjoyed what I experienced, but I felt like I was overcharged for the services provided. When making the appointment, I was told that the massage and facial were 90 minutes total and my appointment was at 9am. This should have worked out great because I had to leave the facility by 11am to pick up my daughter at school. Once I arrived, I waited probably 15 min or so to be taken into the massage room, but the woman was wonderful. Once the massage was completed, I waited probably 20 additional minutes for the second woman who was supposed to do the facial. I was wearing a robe during this time and no one walked by to check on me or anything. When she finally walked out to get me, it was 10:45. I told her the total appointment was supposed to be 90 minutes and that I needed to leave in about 15 minutes because I had to pick up my daughter at school. She took me back to the room and basically washed and moisturized my face and finished. If I had known the appointment was going to be like this, I never would have made the appointment. I enjoyed what I was there for, but I feel that I was VERY overcharged for the serviced I actually received and I feel like it was poor scheduling or something that screwed it all up. They planned poorly, and I suffered for it. No one there offered to discount what I was charged (even though I was there early for my appt and they were late for both) or offer any sort of rain check for another day. I was very disappointed and unless that is rectified, I will not be returning, recommending or purchasing services for friends or family. We will go elsewhere, somewhere where I feel like I matter.
