This is the best automotive repair/service business I have ever experienced. They excel at courtesy and customer service, and have kept my mini cooper running absolutely flawlessly attending to every detail. This is high end, expensive car maintenance but it is worth it to never have a problem and to be so well taken care of. I love the loaner car service, and they send brownies to you in the mail. Also, incredibly accommodating schedule-wise.

Hopefully, three times, the charm. While this repair should have been done on the first or second visit, it seems finally to be fixed. How staff handled this took away much of the sting.

As for the minor issue that popped up later, I'm truly sorry that you needed to stop back for that additional fix. We often see one washer pump leak on the BMWs, but to have both the headlight washer and the windscreen pump both leak, not so common.

We take great pains to throughly evaluate every vehicle, so we can give the owner information to make an informed decision.

Sometimes, especially so on an older vehicle, little things are not uncovered until the car has been driven for a bit after repair. And even through we do a comprehesive road test after each service, these things don't always show up. But as you discovered, we're more than flexible and willing to go the distance to make certain that our customers are 110% satisfied with our value and our service.

You can tell every employee loves their job and has an even deeper love for animals. They do what's ethical and needed for your pets. Never have them tried to make a buck off me for something my dog didn't need. I love that they have bravecto and dasuquin you can purchase. It even the same price as their competitors. I have never met a veterinary center that has gone above and beyond like this one. Highly recommend!
