First- Why do you ask for special instructions on the online form for making an appointment if you aren't going to pass the information along to the stylist or instructor... or anyone onsite???
I specified that I have long curly hair and needed a dry cut. When I sat in the chair the first thing they wanted to do was to go wash my hair. When I reminded them this was a dry cut, it was their first time hearing of it.
Then they proceeded to spray my hair with water to dampen it for the cut.
Second- I brought pictures. I had a good idea of what I wanted. I showed them the pictures and we discussed what I wanted. Shoulder length with layers, full in the back. I got a bob. It's above my collar. When I walked in, my hair was past my waist. I have never been so upset over a haircut in my life.
My pedicure was great.
