I came in for a cleaning, and was told that everything was preventative and covered by my insurance only to receive a bill for $150 the other day. I'm assuming this was for scan that was taken using the rotating machine thing, but was not told it isn't covered by my insurance. Never would have had that done if I'd been told--so shame on me for not double checking, but I think I should have been told that it wasn't covered by insurance. Also, I was told that I need a night guard, which I disagree with. My husband was told the same thing when he went, and my friend who came here was told the same. I find it hard to believe that every person I talk to that comes here needs a night guard? Seems fishy to me. Also seems a bit pricey here.
