I was pleased with Dr. Freedman; however, had a bad experience with the dental assistant who was supposed to be polishing my teeth. There was a leak in the equipment she was using and, instead of fixing/replacing the apparatus, she continued on and succeeded in dripping water all over my neck and clothes. I mentioned this once and dried myself off but she continued on with the leaking equipment. I finally said "Enough" and to stop. When Dr. Freedman came into the room I mentioned this to her and she repaired the faulty equipment with an explanation that the assistant had had a bad morning before coming to work. My thought: if you are unable to perform competent work because you have had a "bad morning", then you should not be seeing patients. Her "bad morning" should not ruin my morning.
