Welcoming environment and staff, listened to problem, asked about timeframe when i needed car back. Ken was wonderful in describing the process.
Excellent communication during the repair process, explaining what issues were found, providing options on possible solutions and not "pushy" in the least to do more expensive repairs.
Car was done when promised and was (unbelievably) LESS than the rough estimate.
Eastside Bavarian makes me want to buy another BMW. (OK, not really, but you get the idea.)
