My 3-series became disabled right before Thanksgiving (Tuesday). The Eastside Bavarian team said drop your car off - and we'll find you a rental car. Rental cars are hard to find a couple days before a major holiday. But they said my car probably would not be ready until after Thanksgiving.

To my surprise - I received a call the next morning saying they diagnosed my car and we ready to fix it. And would have it ready Wednesday (day before Thanksgiving). When I ask what changed - Ken mentioned that they noticed I had a rental car and they wanted to get my car back to me before Thanksgiving. And they did...

Everything fixed and running well...

I had a disturbing transmission override message after a huge clunk noise and it was accurately diagnosed by the mechanics and the estimate to repair was accurate with no added on costs. The complimentary notification of break and tire condition was appreciated also.
