We stopped using the dealership because we were being told we needed service that we did not feel was required.
We felt Family Tire was different. Not so sure after this visit.

I was surprised to read this review. We saw that your front struts were leaking so we brought that to your attention. After investigating we realized it was a hydraulic setup on your struts that we were not familiar with so we recommended that you see the dealer. I'm not sure why it appears that we are recommending something that wasn't needed? In any event, we certainly appreciate your business and I will be contacting you in an effort to make this right.
