The Dentist visit was quite pleasant, but I was scheduled for a cleaning after the visit , and that's when everything fell apart. The Hygienist was confused on why I was placed in her chair by the staff, she asked the Dentist did I need a exam prior to the cleaning. The Dentist instructed her to clean the teeth, and they would conduct a Full exam on the next visit. Needless to stay the Hygienist went to the office manager to get more instructions. I was then pulled from the station, x-rays were conducted, and I met with the Dentist again. I was then advised that since it has been since 2011 a cleaning was conducted by GMS, that I needed a deep scale cleaning. I informed the Hygienist, and Business manager that I receive cleanings on a yearly basis by another Dentist office. The responded by stating that they can only go by their file. By this time another client was receiving a cleaning, and I was made to wait. The mix up took approximately 1.5 hour of my time , I never received a cleaning, and to make matters worst they couldn't reschedule me for another appointment due to their computer system crashed. The Business office manager stated that she would give me a call after the system restored; It's now 5 days afterwards no calls have been placed.
