Hygienist was courteous and skilled. Doctor was vague and could've explained better regarding further work needed.
The receptionist/scheduler/billing person, however, is terrible. Couldn't apply insurance, didn't make next appointment, didn't provide a bill, couldn't provide a receipt of the day's appointment nor could she provide an invoice for work that needed to be done in the future. I basically walked out of the office with no record that I had been there.
