I have now had two incidents with this greulichs. One, they left my oil screw off and oil poored out of my car. Second, they said they rotated my tires and they did not, so went back in and told them because we had marked the tires and could see it was not done.
When the customer came to pick up their car he asked if when we rotate tires if we rotate from front to rear, I replied yes we do and he said it was not done, I apologized and explained it was my fault I did not instruct the techs to rotate his tires, I immediately apologized and told them I would get their car in right away and perform their free tire rotation, It was done in less than 10 minutes and never once did we tell them it was done when it was not. As far as the oil drain plug left off I'm not aware of any instances of leaving an oil drain plug off. We always strive to perform our best in customer satisfaction and honesty and we pride ourselves on getting the job done and done right, We missed the free rotate but never told them it was done when it was not.
Thank for taking such good care of my oldie but reliable 1998 pathfinder. It drives great now and I feel very secure with it.
The work was performed correctly and early. The issue I have is that I presented a coupon for a transmission flush for $109.95. When I picked up my vehicle, the cost of the flush was $139.95. The explanation for the difference was that an additive was used as part of the flush. This was not stated on the coupon nor when I dropped the vehicle off. The individual at the counter was willing to remove the charge but I stated that I would pay for it but did not like the fact that they did it without my approval. I doubt that I will use your services in the future.
Very straightforward, no bs, honest, practical advice without aggressive upselling. They're the kind of techs and management you want to deal with for the long term, lifetime of the vehicle. I'll be back.
