I have to say that the office staff was very good and very nice. They were very accomadating also. However, I was under the impression that doctor holbrook was doing the procedure, only to find out that one of the associates were doing it the day before the procedure. I was very upset that I never met the doc doing it until the day before the procedure. I didn't want to cancel at that point my daughter was in discomfort. The day of the surgery the dentist came in that I never met I felt she was a little judgemental and asked how my daughters teeth wound up so bad. I really wanted to say because I shoved candy in her mouth all day until they rotted so I could put her through this (sarcastically of course).. I work all day (about 10 to 11 hours) my daughter is with a private sitter all day, as much as I tell her no candy sweets and only the motts tots juice I provide I have caught her more than once with candy, gum and other juices. I brush my daughters teeth on a regular basis. My son who is 19 never had an issue with his teeth but ne was in a regular day care where they give them what u send as far as food and juice. He just got his first cavity at 19. I just felt that the dentist was discusted with me/us for letting my daughters teeth get as bad as tney were. I would have never let her get that bad intentionally. My daughter did have a sippy cup adiction but mostly had water in it when she was with me. I can't control what happened when she was with the sitter most of the day. If I could have went through what she did instead of her I would have. I was horrified she had so many cavities. I certainly didn't ever want her to have to go through what she did. I also didn't care for the no payment plan. When u r getting 3500 from an insurance comapny the copayment should be a little more flexible for payments. Also I thought the 250 doctor fee was rediculous, the doctor was there all day, to charge 250 just for them to b there when they r already charging for the work to b done is a little over the top.
