Yesterday, I went to the spa expecting a relaxing day. I started with a shower, the water was ice cold. I tried to blow try my hair and both dryers stopped as if over heating. I went in the solarium and there were no facial towels with the cucumbers and it was too warm. I reported the cold water as did others there at the time, when I finished my facial, I tried the water before entering and it was still cold. When I mentioned it at the desk, the girl laughed and said we woke you up. The guy said oh, it takes an hour and 45 minutes for the water heater to heat up. I should have been told when I arrived and given the option to come a different time.
The saving grace was my facial. I had the most amazing facial. Rachel was thorough in her explanation, let me relax with quite, and provided the best customer service. The best facial I have ever had! Thank you Rachel for saving my experience.
Even the email I received asking me to tell the management about my experience, only had the refer a friend link, no survey. I had to go to the website.
