Rip off repair shop !!!! Fast talking repair manager trying to upsell !!!! I paid $85for a "" free"" estimate only for the manager to tell me on the phone he needs $280 Moore to tell me whats wrong with my transmission. Find a honest ammco don't go to the one on market street in concotd

Our aim at AAMCO Concord Transmissions and Total Car Care is to provide the best customer service at a fair price. One poor customer experience is one too many. Please accept our apologies for any miss communication on our part. As you can see from our many positive reviews, well they speak for themselves. The $85 is credited towards any repairs authorized by you. Based on our findings of the Initial Vehicle Check, a valve body inspection for $280 was recommended in order to determine if your transmission issues could be solved by either replacing or repairing the valve body at which point the $280 is credited towards repairs if you elect to go ahead with the repairs. Hopefully, this helps to clarify any misunderstandings and if you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
