Once again. ..My experience with AAMCO was excellent. ..cant say much for other businesses that I've tried...The workers and owner always give me VIP service...I highly recommend AAMCO on Tully Rd in San Jose and also on El Camino and San Tomas Expressway to anyone who needs car repairs. ..JOB WELL DONE AAMCO....HAPPY AND SATISFIED CUSTOMER AGAIN.

I love this AAMCO! Al has been working on my cars for years. He and his crew are "my mechanics" for life. Always fair and on time Great communication with the customer if a delay happens. He is true to his estimates and usually comes in below what I expect to pay. As a female a trip to the auto mechanic can be filled with the person behind the counter talking down to you as if you can't possibly understand what they are saying, NOT HERE I always feel like Al and the gang treat me as if I have a brain. The only downside, mke sure you are at AAMCO and not the business next door (which is painted to look like AAMCO).

Al was very helpful when I called him about my car and what I thought was the problem. When I spoke to him on a Friday, he advised me to bring my car in first thing Monday morning and on Monday morning I got a courtesy call from Al. When I took my car in, he had his mechanic look at it and called me back within the hour to advise me of the problem and the cost. He even gave me a discount for being a new customer. He was very informative when explaining what the problem was. In my case, it was the water pump, thermometer and one of the fan belts. He told me of other issues his mechanic saw that was wrong with my car and needs fixing. He gave me a price to fix the other problems. When I went in to pick up my car (same day), he showed me the parts they took from my car and explained the problem. No other shop has ever done that and I was very satisfied with their service. I would highly recommend friends and families to his shop and I will definitely come back....You don't get customer service like this anymore and I'm all about great customer service, honesty and integrity. THANK YOU TO AL AND AAMCO TEAM!

Excellent! Clearly explained alternatives and costs. Completed installation of transmission within time frame they stated at a cost less than 1/3 the price with same warranty period quoted by the dealership.
