my only complaint is that they did not have my appointment that was scheduled online. Apparently it was through a third party that did not inform them. But they were still very gracious in taking me promptly. Very friendly and reliable service.

They were very customer friendly and they diagnosed the problem with my car quickly, however they did not give me a written estimate of how much it would cost to get it repaired. we discussed how I could pay for it by completing a credit application, but did not tell me how much it would cost! The shop was 7+ miles from where I live, coupled with the fact I did not receive an estimate I did not return. Had I received the estimate I would have rated them a 4 star.

My experience there was bad, they said nothing was wrong with my transmission . Did a check and didn't notice antifreeze was leaking into my transmission. Transmission linking into my radiator ! They flushed my transmission and didn't notice that ? Now I am getting a new transmission at " Powertrain "

Mr. Eggleston, when we performed the transmission service there was absolutely no coolant contamination, if we had discovered there was we would have brought it to your attention immediately, we are well aware of the potential inherent issues with vehicles such as yours. Your transmission did not reveal any abnormal operation at any time your vehicle was here, however we did retrieve fault codes for the CAN system in which we found a Manufacturer specific TSB that addressed these and several other codes that have to be addressed by the dealer. We did learn that your vehicle has visited to several different shops and the radiator was replaced at one of them, we do not know if this is the cause of contamination or if it is in fact contaminated however our invitation to check and verify the fluid condition was declined. I'd more than happy to discuss this with you.

Went in for a checkup and cleaning. I am 10 weeks pregnant. They checked my teeth, but wouldn't even so much as clean them EVEN THOUGH I had my ob/gyn fax over permission for the cleaning and checkup. Research shows it is not only safe, but necessary to have dental work done during pregnancy. Was quickly rushed out of the door with ANOTHER form to be completed by my ob/gyn. I'm going elsewhere to find a dentist that knows what to do.
