I thought Dr.Bathina was very sharp, and taught me alot about what was best for my dog. I was very happy with the care they gave my dog. My vet bill was higher than I normally am use to, but I do believe my dog is finally on the road to recovery with his skin amd ear infection and allergies, so I am extremely happy to have found a knowledge vet who I trust with my dog's health.

We took our large cat in for symptoms of lethargy and not eating. Routine blood chemistry tests were run along with tests for two feline viruses that he had been vaccinated for a year ago. Since nothing stood out other than he had a fever we were told that he had an infection. We were given oral antibiotics, pain medication and apatite stimulant. The antibiotics were to be given with food, however, as we stressed at the exam, he was not eating, so we had to try to devise ways to administer them which were not ideal. He is still just picking at his food but seems more active. Also, the apatite stimulant apparently made him nauseous.

So the bottom line is that we were charged over $600 for no definitive diagnosis and antibiotics that were impractical to administer. It probably would be better to give us the liquid form and some syringes for intradermal injections which we would be perfectly capable of.

The vet seemed to be in a rush and more involved with other patients. The rest of the staff were very kind and courteous. Although we were told the lab results were all normal, later, in reviewing the lab report we did see some high and low values. We got no explanations about such abnormal results as platelet clumping and high glucose. We would have actually appreciated some time going over these with the doctor.

He is just a cat but deserves the best care we can give him and don't mind paying for outstanding service which, unfortunately, I don't feel we got at this time.

I love the way you get treated here, from the time you have to call and schedule they treat you kindly and respectful. Now a days you’re lucky if you get a few minutes with the Dr, but here you get time to ask questions and make sure you’re getting the best service and care for your animal.

Always great. Front desk staff could use some refining on the phone as well as in person. Not particularly customer focused. I didn’t feel welcomed and my business definitely not appreciated.

I have used this Veterinary office on a regular basis to board my small dog. I know that she is well cared for because she always is returned to me in good condition and she is excited to come into the office when I bring her back the next time. I have witnessed vet techs get on the ground and play with her in the office before I leave! Anyways-I will continue to use this facility for my Layla’s boarding needs while I am away.

Got in quickly. Dr. Bathina gave us our options of treatment. He explained everything in detail which we appreciated. He loves animals and always has a smile on his face. We are very happy with Dr. Bathina. Would highly recommend.

The front desk staff was very nice but also very disorganized. They didn’t take the lead in conversation and it was hard to communicate with them.

We had a small problem with the nail trim but overall the experience was great. Very friendly staff both in person and on the phone. The team was able to squeeze us in on a very short notice which was VERY much appreciated!!

Previously I've always had great experiences with ABC Vet. We've been here for over 18 years. We are going through the process of having to put our dog down and is very emotional and this girls concern is you need to pay first. We've had our billing with you online forever so why are you bugging us now about this when we are grieving. then you try to up sell us on some paw print. thought the girl upfront was very un-professional and had no sympathy.

Our experience at ABC could not have been better. My little cat had been in an accident and his tail was in bad shape, I was afraid he might loose it. Although we had never been to ABC they took him in and treated him like we came there all the time.

Thanks to ABC our little guy will not loose his tail and is on the way good health. Thank you ABC!!! I will recommend them to anyone.
