The atmosphere and attention to detail are a big reason that I have enjoyed returning to Achieve Wellness in the past. There are many talented RMT’s in the city, but I have found that AW was set apart by their success in creating a unique getaway/oasis.
During my most recent visit, I was disappointed within the first 10 seconds when I only wasn’t greeted warmly as usual, but also got to hear the latest in the receptionists dating drama update. I was then dismissively handed my locker key and sent on my way.
The locker room was tidy and mostly clean. The floors were dusty, but everything else was stocked and tidy.
I enjoyed the few minutes I spent in the waiting area. It was comfortable, and the water and tea stations are always a welcome touch.
My RMT was friendly, attentive and overall did a great job! To me, that is the most important part of my visit, and thankfully I didn’t not walk away disappointed.
As I found myself back at the desk for payment, the same receptionist didn’t seem interested in my experience and instead talked with her colleague. I was out the door before I heard a ‘oh bye!’
While my experience was an overall positive, the small shortcomings make me rethink the prices I pay to visit here. I expect too knotch every time and unfortunately I can’t say that that was my experience.
