Had a 630pm appt and I feel the staff is not what it was,
Acoaxet Veterinary Clinic, Inc. replied:
I do apologize if there was a problem with any staff members the night of your visit. We are currently training 3 fairly new staff members and have also been short handed due to illnesses, which is no excuse for any poor service you might have received! I do see that you were checked in at 6:03 for your 6:30 appointment so I imagine the wait-time also seemed longer than it should have been. I hope we can find a more convenient time for you to schedule appointments in the future and that our staff will be fully trained and doing their jobs well! Thank you for letting us know there was a problem!
