Fast response. My house was in the 90's. I had been waiting for another company for more than 30 hours, and they wouldn't even give me a window of time when they would arrive. When I called Air Tech, Billy was at the house in less than an hour, quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He even told me that a service the other company said I needed was not needed. I don't know if you are the best price or not--and frankly don't care. You are the best value, and that is what I care about. THANK YOU!!!!!

Technitions are very knowledgeable and get to the root of the problem quickly. Of all by service calls for my rental properties I have only had one time that there had to be a call back after the technition had felt it was repaired. They are quick to respond which is very important to me as a landlord

The complex replaced the patio fences and the removed the AC disconnect switch from the old fence. I was responsible for the reinstallation of the switch. Air Tech installed it several years ago when they replaced my entire AC system. I neede someone to reinstall it and since Air Tech did the original installation I though of them. They came within the time frame quoted and in less than half an hour had mine and my neighbors switch reattached to the fence. Before the old fence was demolished I wraped yellow caution tape around all of the AC cables and pipes to alert the workers. The technician removed and disposed of the tape without being asked to do so. Air Tech always does a good job for us.

A/C went out in our small business home office. An Air Tech technician showed up promptly the next day, quickly diagnosed the problem, had an Air Tech installation team go get the large expensive part needed, and then the team stayed until early evening until the part was installed and working. Also, made sure the part warranty was still in effect so we only had to cover the labor. Great service so I signed up for Air Tech's Preventative Maintenance Agreement for all 3 of our units.

I wasn’t sure about my after visit summary. I’m in a new home, approximately 13 years old. I purchased the $136 promotion that was to include Freon (coolant). I routinely have my unit serviced. However, for the first time, I was told my unit takes the “older” coolant and the promotion didn’t cover that coolant. I understand that, I throughly read the promotion. My doubt arose in that my home is 13 years old, as is the AC unit, and for the first time, I was told my AC unit is so old that the coolant for it was $200 and not covered by your promotion. I even had my AC serviced by your company approximately 6 months earlier and wasn’t told this. In fact, none of the other companies who’ve serviced my unit (13 years) has told me I took the older coolant. I did not have faith in the evaluation summary I received. Instead, there was extensive talk on the age of the unit, the need for a new unit, and how much the company would charge for a new unit. Additionally, the representative didn’t think it made sense to do any work on my current unit because I should buy a new unit. Hmm... my AC is cooling, working fine; It’s serviced twice a year. My doubt arose because in 13 years, this was the first time I was told my unit took the older coolant. Something internally just gave me doubt because I believe I would have been told this before. Especially since coolant has been added previously. I’ve called another company to come service the unit because I want to be sure the unit was indeeed properly serviced.
