We've been with Chris and Erin since they were starting out, and my interaction with either of them has always been positive. Nikki (she deserves a raise!) is now in the office. She, like my children, has heard the best and the worst of me and has always presented herself both professionally and compassionately. The only negative (and so, the 3 stars) has been a breakdown in communication between what seems to be my call and what the crew does. Here's a great example of the communication problems: On Fri 2/24, I met with Chris and the crew to talk about what needed to be done after all the storm damage. At one point we were looking at what was once my vegetable garden but now the mint and weeds have taken over. I heard Chris tell ****** not to cut down the mint, but to spray it now and then cut it down the next time. Well, the whole area was cut down. I don't know if it was sprayed as it now looks green and growing. The other crew worker speaks English very well, but he was on the other side of the yard when this happened.(it was to late to say anything by the time I saw what was happening) My interaction with Ivan (the other) has been great! He always asks if there is anything special I want done, and checks in when he's done to ask if everything is okay. I hope it is recognized that Ivan is an asset.
