This was my first visit at Salem Animal Hospital and the experience was fabulous. Dr. Wilson and her staff are kind and helpful. The atmosphere was calm and positive, my nervous doggo did so well and felt very comfortable shortly after arriving. We just moved to the area, switching vets is a difficult thing to do when you've found somewhere they love. I am confident we've found a wonderful Veterinary established for our pack!
When we first arrived, we were asked to wait outside for quite a while until fewer customers were inside in order to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. Martha was very helpful once we were able to stay in the store. She took great care with helping me pick out just the right frames foe my new eye glasses and prescription sunglasses. However, when I asked for an itemized receipt for my purchases, I was not given one. Usually at other optical shops, I have always received an itemized receipt without even asking for one, and it always shows the prices of each item for which I am charged from blue tech to scratch resistant coating.
