I was very pleased with the care that Scrappy received. Dr. Cox explained the procedure to us thoroughly and even allowed us to see what the problem was. Pam was so friendly and loving to Scrappy. Scrappy felt the love, he allowed the staff to take care of him without flinching.

Great service by Dr Cox he truly loves the pets that come to his office.

Dr Cox is the BEST VET around and I drive 45-50 minutes to bring Bear to see Dr Cox.

Unfortunately since the sale of the clinic I have noticed a decline in cleanliness and customer service

Feces on the floor is ridiculous and uncalled for especially when it was brought to the attention of the staff.

The confusion and in organization of the front end is nerve racking to the customers coming in.

Amber is great and always very friendly and professional. ( too bad she was off on Monday)

I was made aware of the feces in the lobby, unfortunately I did not know about this until after you had already left the clinic. I assure you that this was addressed with the staff up front immediately after I was made aware of this. I apologize for this happening and will continue to work towards making sure this doesn't happen again.
