We love Dr. Z. He sees my daughter Emilli who is an Elite Athlete in Gymnastics. She has come to him on a regular basis for adjustments, injuries, etc...He always takes such good care of her, like she was his own daughter. He understands her sport and the love she has for it, but also takes the injury into consideration with the best possible treatment and outcome. We have all been very happy that he is a part of this journey with us. He is kind, easy to talk to, is excellent at his job. Recently we thought my daughters are was broken. He ordered a CT scan to get a better picture than an x-ray, we went the same say it was ordered, saw him the next day and it was confirmed it was not broken. My daughter was very thankful since she had been out already a week and now was able to go back to training. We are very thankful that he took the time to see us and give us peace of mind that everything was ok. I would definitely recommend him to anyone, especially athletes. Thanks Dr. Z for all that you do for Emilli and our family.
I am not happy about your new policy of charging $50 if you reschedule your appointment within 2 days of the appt. These appointments are usually made 6 months in advance. Your reminders are nice but they are 1 day in advance. It is not a customer friendly policy. It will likely send many of your clients to other dentists, including me. Also, you want a copy of my driver's license on file? No thank you.Not sure who's idea these policies are but I haven't been late to reschedule yet or been charged $50 yet or given my drivers license yet, and I am already an unhappy client. Anyone you end up charging $50, I can guarantee you will go to a different dentist for their next appointment. So in the end, you will lose the money you're trying to make. Hopefully you will listen, You took the time and expense to send me this request for feedback, and this is my honest feedback.Merry Christmas.
