A 3 week wait for a crown is unacceptable. Cutting the number of days in Litizt is not a good move.

Today, I checked in 15 minutes early for my 3pm appointment at the Lancaster location. A few more people check in after me. Time went by and I am patiently waiting, only to see the others that had checked in AFTER me, get called back before me. At first, it didn’t bother me. Then 40 MINUTES pass and I had enough. Megan, quality control manager, apologized to me, but clearly saw that I was scheduled. Why did the person before her, Angie, tell me that she was going to let some one else know that I was in, but did not allow me to get seen before every one else that came in after me? If every one knows how to schedule an appointment, call me to remind me of my appointment, text message me my appointment, email me my appointment, and I arrive 15 minutes early.... THEN WHY CAN’T THE STAFF KNOW THAT WHEN THE PATIENT/CLIENT IS PHYSICALLY THERE IN THE OFFICE, KNOW THAT THEY ARE IMPORTANT JUST AS MUCH AS AMERICAL DENTAL MADE ME FEEL BEFORE I EVEN SHOWED UP? American dental never fails to disappoint me with their disorganized business. I have been coming for years and even drove distances to be with my Orthodonist. American dental is lacking the appreciation of their patients. I am also going to assume that these surveys will not benefit me or American dental since the staff does not know how to communicate with one another to satisfy their patients. The next time I am in and if timing is off, I will go to the owner to know how unsatified I am after being a patient for years.

Very professional staff.

Office is disgustingly dirty. Bathroom looks like it wasn't cleaned in months. Office very dusty and floors very dirty.

It was my daughters first experience at the dentist and Ruslan Borisik, RDH was very patient and kind with her. She enjoyed the experience because of his positive and fun attitude, and I was happy with his professionalism.
