In Burlington. My appointment was very rushed. The new lenses were done incorrectly. The office personnel need training on customer service. They should never say "we apologize". I dislike hearing that. They should simple say, "We made a mistake and we will fix it for you promptly.

I was greeted upon my arrival and the issue I was experiencing with my glasses was looked into quickly. I was having problems with my frames and my lenses had some finish issues. The team started the process of replacing my glasses under warranty and I am awaiting a replacement. The team understood that I was moving out of the area on the 3rd and is working to get my replacement in prior to my departure.
