Went to a deep cleaning appointment and the staff, hygenist, and Dr. Patel did a great job of welcoming and comforting me. They professionally and competently completd my cleaning in a timely manner. I would definitely highly recommend Dr. Patel and her staff.

I thought Dr. Patel took good care of me and explained some of what to me were newer techniques in filling a cavity . She is gracious and professional .

I took Bippy to vet because if her obsessive to itch. I suspected it was a seasonal allergy. Anyway, the first doctor is friendly and patience as we came in 7:45 pm. The good thing about this vet clinic that is still open late He encouraged me for a week follow up at no charge. So I booked a follow up and then one week later, I thought I'd see the same doctor but not. The different doctor didn't know the difference because he never saw Bippy before and the condition she was. Then the receptionist planned to charge me for the follow up visit. I was confused with what the first doctor on no charge. Then she said, oh ok don't pay. I happen saw 'mute' on the file and I felt insulted. Mute means silence & not speaking. I do speak but just in a different language. I can communicate through the printed english.
