I am a long time patient of Dr. Armet's. There have been lots of changes in the past year. The new front desk assistant / receptionist needs a bit of work on her front desk etiquette. She updated my personal information while I was sitting in the waiting room by asking me questions from her seat on the other side of the window vs. asking me to come to the window to update anything that might have changed. Also, when I arrived, the door to the waiting room was locked (8:10 am). I could hear women talking so I knew someone was in the office. After waiting a few minutes, I tried to the door again - still locked. The receptionist eventually came and unlocked the door, turned and walked away - back in to the reception office area. She did not greet me or apologize for the wait - she just unlocked the door and walked away. I found this quite rude. The new hygienist that was assigned to me for my cleaning was quite pleasant and very professional.
