I've used Arrowhead for the last 2-3 years for my cat and dog. My first impression was based off of Stephanie who typically is who I end up talking to on the phone. She provides great service each time we have questions and need to set up appointments. I was very appreciative of her follow ups with me to make sure i was able to get the appt. times we needes. The techs and the vet are always helpful and nice. It was almost a little overwhelming the first time we visited because the vet does share so much important information, but it was nice because it didn't feel like a revolving door where they just want you in and out.
Overall, I am a happy customer!

Dr Beard was fantastic ! I had not been to the dentist for years , except for cleanings. I had a bad ,and very painful experience at another dentist. But, I had to have some work done. Dr. .Beard explained everything as he went. Even the shot he gave me to numb my mouth did not hurt. He is very gentle and goes at a pace that your comfortable with. He is not like a lot of dentist that barely speak to you . He tells you what is happening as he goes. He is very friendly and really does understand your fears. His assistant Kathleen was also very nice and gentle. If you are afraid to go to the dentist give Dr. Beard a chance to help you. The first visit I had was to evaluate my situation . I had no work done that day ,but it did give me confidence to give Dr, Beard a chance to help me. And, I am so glad that I did. Just an excellent dentist.Read More …
