Everyone is so friendly and nice! I've been going to Jessica for about 1.5/2 years now and I always leave so happy and in love with my hair. The products smell amazing and make my hair look/feel fantastic! They have a cute waiting room with cell phone charging stations and offer complimentary tea, water, or coffee and a hand massage! I've referred quite a few friends here and everyone loves it. I won't go anywhere else.

because 1) There we're a lot fewer products available for purchase than the Santana Row location and 2) my appointment started almost 30 minutes late

Bianca did a short consult at the beginning to look at my hair and get input on what changes I wanted to make. Loved the scalp massage - turned into a neck and arm massage at the end it felt amazing! Haircut was great and then she styled it for me at the end with big beautiful curls. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

For the second time in a row, I was expecting a haircut with my color treatment and only received the color treatment. Now it has been 10 weeks since my last haircut when I usually have it cut every 5 weeks. After confirming both texts and e-mails from your salon for the color and cut, I was told the color took longer than expected and to come back for a cut. Like most folks, I am pretty busy in my daily life and really don't have the time to visit a salon multiple weekends in a month for services.
