I would rate it higher, but today (after a week and a half) I am just now being followed up with about my glasses and insurance. I'm extremely upset because I have broken frames currently and the glasses should have arrived either today or the next few days. After missing one call from the center (5days ago) and returning the call 15minutes later, I was told that they need more information for my insurance (information I gave at least 4 different times when purchasing frames and during my eye visit), but that they'd call me back. I never got a call back and I've called everyday this whole week to reach someone. 5 days later they return my call, and now I have to wait even longer to recieve my frames, because no one was in a hurry to meet my needs. I get that things come up but a week late pushes back the ordering of the frames and not I have to wait at least another week in my current, broken frames.
