They were fast and the staff was friendly. Work accomplished was exactly what the estimate said it would be. Only time will tell if the work done was quality or not. After they finished working on my car they gave me a list of several items that "need" fixed on my car. A car that I just purchased six months ago from a trustworthy and reputable person that had told me I could get another 40,000 miles without any more work on it. I take that as both a good thing that they checked out the rest of the car, yet... I can't help but wonder if they aren't just looking for more work. I had actually had the car gone over by a dealer the week before and the dealer had not mentioned ANY of the items on the list that was given to me from Auto Evaluators. Again, I'm just not sure what to think as the "needed" work will cost just under $2,000. I will be having my car looked at by a third garage to see if any of the "needed" work comes up or not. At the moment, I am undecided if I will return to the garage for additional work in the future or not.
