Cameron ruined my hair with a terrible gloss that is going to cost hundreds of dollars to try and fix. I am shocked and incredibly upset. AND just confused, since I've seen him before with great results. The refund is appreciated, but doesn't undo the damage I'm now dealing with on this stripy, ashy mess.
I apologize that you are unhappy with your service. The service you received was a gloss which is not a permanent application so it will rinse out within a few weeks. The "stripes" you are upset about would not have been caused by a gloss. That would have to come from previous highlights and outgrowth. If you want that to go away, it would be fairly easy to fix by getting a full color service rather than a gloss. A gloss is meant to subdue any undesirable tone or highlights that are too bright. I apologize if this was not communicated fully to you at the time of the service and you probably should have had a full color service (highlights and root touchup) and that is why the refund was offered to you.
