Very professional operation. Going from the receptionist to the doctor, there are seamless transitions, not only for the patient, but the patient's information. Dr. Mac had already read and digested my initial patient information, asked related questions, and followed up with explanations of what my answers actually meant as far as my condition was concerned. Then, a thoughtful treatment plan was discussed, with again, an explanation of the process.
Two things that were especially pleasing to me were:
1.) I'm sure some of my questions were elementary or uninformed, but the responses were very professional and thoughtful, in no way condescending, which can happen in doctors' offices.
2.) They were on time! I realize that other patients and special circumstance can play havoc with a doctor's schedule, but there are some that are habitually late.
