I was happy with my cut but when I made the appointment I confirmed the price. They said Alissa was $30-$40 for a cut and I was charged $55. For a simple, straight trim. This is why I stopped coming to your salon in the past. It was not only pricey but I never knew what my final bill would be. Why don't salons post prices like every other business? Customers are made afraid to even ask what they are going to be charged. No other service would run this way.
There must have been some miscommunication or misunderstanding. $30-$40 would be for a blowout-style Bellagio haircuts start at $50 and Alissa charges $65 for a haircut, so she must have given a $10 discount if you were only charged $55. Starting prices are listed on our website. A difference in price from one appointment to another is based on the service rendered. For example if you have a haircut one time it would be $65. Then if you had a root color and haircut the next that would be $130 and if you add highlights or a gloss that will add to the price as well. Alissa, along with all the stylists here, offer complimentary consultations to determine desired looks and pricing. We are glad you at least are happy with your cut and style. We apologize for the misunderstanding and hope this clears things up.
