Overall, Kim was very personable and attentive to my needs. I'm not sure where the disconnect happened but I requested the mud wrap and was given the seaweed wrap. I flagged it multiple times to Kim and was told that the seaweed wrap and the mud wrap are the same thing which was deliberate misrepresentation. That didn't sound right to me, but I wasn't going to ask for a service menu at the time. It definitely stayed on my mind so during checkout when my services were itemized, I flagged it again and was told they were NOT the same. I was subsequently told it was booked wrong, etc. etc. etc. I understand mistakes happen, but my expectation would be to
- acknowledge the mistake
- don't try to sell me something else by telling me its the same thing
- make it right at the end of the day
Ignorance is bliss because if my concern about the wrong service was never validated... I may not have this negative feeling about my experience. The bottom line is while I might not specifically request her, I wouldn't turn away if she were assigned.
Anna, on the other hand... I would request her at the time of booking if I make my way back to Sanctuary.
