I had lower leg waxing done a few days ago for the first time. I had emailed in and then they had called to confirm my appointment that same day. When I arrived they didn't have me in the system. They were able to fit me, but it felt too rushed. I do like the facility a lot, but would have been happier if my appointment hadn't been forgotten about. I also didn't know that I should be getting a confirmation call the day before. Very nice staff, I just wish my first experience hadn't been like that.

We know you received a confirmation so I have escalated this with the software company that supports our booking system. As you can see from our reviews, our clients experience is very important to us. Due to the booking error we moved things around to squeeze you in. This unfortunately resulted in you feeling rushed and we sincerely apologize for that. We were trying to do the best we could in the current situation.
