As always, Kassidy's service was excellent. However, I would like to mention something. My appointment got started 15-20 minutes late. I understand that sometimes appointments run over their planned time, but here is my concern. I did not complain that I was taken in late, and as a consequence, that I ended up being almost late picking up my kids from the arranged childcare. Also, 5 weeks prior to my appointment, my husband was scheduled for a hair cut. On his way to the salon, someone hit him and he got into a minor car accident. When I called the salon on his behalf to inform the front desk about what had happened, and that he would be 5-10 minutes late for his appointment, they were: 1) quite rude, 2) not empathetic at all, and 3) said he would probably have to reschedule his appointment. My husband always books his appointments in advance, has never been late, and consistently comes to the salon every 4 weeks. I know this is a long review, but here is the bottom line. If your staff can sometimes get behind and run late, they can at least have the courtesy to understand and that extenuating circumstances may arise that cause your guests to run a little late as well. I truly hope that someone in management will read this and that the front reception staff will be reminded to act in more professional manner.
