The front office staff, my doctor's assistants and the imaging staff have all been great, professional and efficient. However, I am in the process of finding a new doctor. I have been going to the clinic for a little more than a year. I have seen my doctor for varying issues about a half a dozen times. I have a complicated medical history that can predict or determine treatment. My doctor, EVERY TIME, does not read my chart and has no clue who his patient is. He also looks at his watch incessantly during my visit. I have tried to be patient and understanding, doctor's are people too. But when I went to my dermatologist, who I have only seen four times in 15 years, she entered the examination room with full knowledge of my chart. I would argue her office is busier than what I see at the clinic as well. With cancer in my history in my 20s I cannot take the risk or wait for this guy to care. This physician either has too many patients or has lost his passion for caring.
