After graduating from the University of Oregon Medical School in 1932, Robert Greene began his career as a general practitioner. He opened his own practice in the growing Hollywood District of Northeast Portland. Five years later in 1937, he moved to 4212 N.E. Broadway to what was to become the Broadway Medical Clinic. More than 75 years later, at the same location, the Clinic continues to care for families and individuals of all ages-from infants to seniors and everyone in between.
All of the physicians who have practiced at Broadway Medical Clinic have always believed the patient comes first. This individualized care has been the hallmark of the Clinic over the past seven-plus decades.
I Iike the people I interact with at the clinic and believe I am getting very good medical care. Their phone system on Saturdays needs work, however. Way too much time spent on hold. I communicated this during my last visit.
I am always treated with kindness and respect at BMC. I have complete confidence in my doctor. My care is always professional and compassionate.i can't even complain about the lab techs draw bloods, since they barely hurt. Good job BMC.
