I had an appointment to have a tooth extracted. This appointment was made a week before while I was in the office having a cleaning. I show up and they tell me I will have to have another X-ray. And I will not be able to have my tooth taken out because they don't have time. When the dentist came in and looked at the X-ray. She then tells me I will have to go to an oral surgeon to have tooth removed. She also said that they can fill it now if I want. They do apologize for not taking the X-ray at my last visit. First they should have called to let me know what was going on. I know they had time because they Caledonia to confirm my appointment. Second, why would I pay to have a filling put in a tooth that is about to come out? I was. Dry dissapiinted in the way this was handled. I have an employee I work with who had the same problem. If I am going to spent hundreds of dollars to have you take care of my teeth I expect better service. I will be finding a mew dentist ASAP!!!!

We appreciate your feedback. Before extracting the tooth we needed a X-ray to determine the proximity of the tooth to your nerve. Because the tooth was very close to your nerve it would be better to have an oral surgeon extract the tooth. Time was not the issue. We offered to do some of your other fillings while you were in the chair that day, but you were not interested in doing the fillings. We were never going to fill the tooth that needs to be extracted.
