When attention to details, friendly and attentive personality and quality work really matters, I would like commend RIMA on her work for she delivers all three every time. My daughter would not go anywhere else to get her eyebrows done and I have a personal nail specialist. I thank Rima for her excellent work and look forward to seeing her again soon. Nail tech Lone painted my nails and toes 2 different colors! I didn't notice until yesterday when someone at my job pointed it out. I don't know how either myself or the tech missed it but my toes are pink and my nails are taupe. Also she did not give the 2 min shoulder massage after the service nor offer me any water or tea at the start of service. At the end of my service she argued with the threading specialist in front of me to the point I felt uncomfortable. Providing great customer service means showing the customer how important they are to your business. From my experiences, this is where your nail techs Quinn, Lone, and Nancy are ineffective. I am not a rude or disgruntled customer. I make an appt., arrive on time (or call if I'm running late which is rare), wait patiently while my tech finishes another client, choose a color, and listen to music while I receive my services. I am also a loyal and observant customer who tips for great service. I only patron businesses that show me respect and professionalism. I can honestly say I do not feel this from Camilla Day Spa. I gave this business so many chances after receiving poor service because the manager would call me to rectify but NOT THIS TIME. It is clear to me that poor service is not changing and to have the audacity to raise prices! Please get the customer service together. Great customer service creates referrals. You all also need to remove the nail color samples of the colors no longer available from the color wheel. It makes no sense to give me a color wheel if most of the polish colors are not available.

The receptionists are warm, welcoming, and professional but the nail techs near the drying station and bathroom need to replaced or you will continue to lose great customers.
