I was received warmly upon entering the building and was checked in. I like the waiting room as there is a lot of room for patients to spread out if it is needed. Say if a kitty comes in and there's a dog and they don't like each other. There is room to move away , I find this extremely important. I also have a pet rabbit and if the need would arise to bring him in, he would be very sick and the stress of being out and other strange animals barking would be very stressful.
We were promptly seen by the vet asst and vet. not not kept waiting. But of them were very cordial and polite and knowledgeable. My opinions were respected about if I wanted medicine or not and the vet respected me. I t was discussed with facts about one of them and I changed my mind and got that preventable meds. My billing was handled expertly and left feeling like I made the right choice for my dog's vet care.
Thank you so much for your review! The waiting room situation you are talking about was a big concern for us in our new building; we wanted to make sure small animals wouldn't be rattled by the larger animals! We are also so happy you felt heard, respected, and cared for from the minute you walked in the door! Care from start to finish is VERY important to us! We do apologize about the address issue, we use an outside company for reminders and e-mails, and are in the proces sof having them update it!
