I felt from the moment I walked into the treatment room with Dr. Nale's assistant that I was going to have a good experience. After meeting Dr. Nale, I was totally at ease; after the consult on the removal of a molar, he said that he could proceed with the extraction immediately. This was exactly what I wanted to hear -- no second trip at another date; it would be done that day. Thank you Dr. Nale for a painless, complete extraction, on the spot. You're No. 1 in my book. I cannot say enough about my experience there. The employees were extremely helpful and pleasant, the office was very patient friendly and Dr. Kapitan is excellent. This was my second visit within 5 years for dental implants, of which I had two implants this time. Dr. Kapitan made sure I suffered no pain, the procedure went very fast, and the post-op was great. I had minimal bleeding afterwards - in fact I felt well enough to go shopping before heading home. I was given two prescriptions, one of which was for pain. Did not even need it. I look forward to my 90 day visit so I can plan my replacement crowns with my regular dentist. BTW, this office is about 30 miles from my home in Huntersville. Well worth the drive, rather than find someone closer..

Surgical procedure was explained in detail before surgery and during surgery. Support staff were friendly and professional. Results of the surgery were excellent.

I got my wisdom teeth out here yesterday and the procedure was very speedy, they were respectful of my request to not use a product with egg derivatives, and they addressed all of my concerns in the consultation and before the procedure itself yesterday. I couldn't be more satisfied with my care and I am making a very speedy recovery.

My visits to the Carolinas Center for Oral and Facial Surgery - Blakeney and Denver went extremely well. The doctor and staff were unusually thoughtful, kind, caring and competent. They put themselves out to meet my needs and showed real concern for my welfare. Seldom does one find such high quality medical assistance. We are very fortunate to have it available to us.
