Dr Carson and Dr Martin have a wonderful dental practice. I don't think I have ever seen another medical or dental practice, where the staff and the doctors were so friendly and welcoming. In this practice, that is probably because Drs Martin and Carson are not just working in the back. They are busy working all over this dental office, and they keep their very high standards, and their dental office running to their high standards, because of their presence. They make it a point to know, and remember, each patient.
Yesterday was a dental cleaning for me. The dental technician, Jeannette, is one of the best, in my opinion (and my husband's). She has a very high work ethic for herself, in everything she does. My husband and I trust her completely, so getting our teeth cleaned is almost a relaxing experience. To get praise from Jeannette (and Drs Carson and Martin) is one of the most wonderful experiences. As many people know, getting praise and encouragement from any kind of medical professional these days is almost a thing of the past. If only other medical practices, or dental practices, knew their secret. The words they say to you are the words you want to live up to, after you leave their office. It's such a positive experience. I hope others will try this dental practice, if they are dissatisfied with their present dentist. I want other people to feel what I've experienced.
