Had last molar extracted------I requested partial plates for missing molars. I hope United Concordia is contacted in a timely manner and look forward to someone scheduling a follow-up appt. for partial dentures. Everyone was nice and fairly cheerful as usual.

Thank you for asking. I had a very pleasurable experience under the circumstances. Two teeth were extracted. I experienced absolutely no pain. Everybody is courteous at this job site. I give it a high marks!

I normally have a good experience. The six months ago when I was there the technician took 10 minutes to clean and floss my teeth (!). She said that there was little plaque and that my teeth were clean. I changed none of my habits and this last visit was also rushed. This time it was a different technician and she didn't even floss my teeth but said that my teeth had a lot of plaque (then why didn't she take two minutes and floss-- I do floss.).

It's getting to be that i feel very rushed in there. I understand that it's a business and that just like restaurants, they are trying to turn chairs but I'm beginning to wonder. What will my experience be next time???

Service and cut is always good experience, but was a little disappointed upon checking out today that my stylist had a price increase. I felt it would be courteous to alert before arriving and could have easily included in confirmation email or text message. The price for just a cut and style will prevent me from recommending to other friends who are watching budgets just like I am. $50 is to much for just a cut....and i don't have long hair either.
