45 minute wait. Patients in waiting room complaining. Plenty of employees walking around "looking busy". Disorganized. Lack of helpful front desk service or friendliness. Total Waste of Time.

I really liked the doctor and how fast the appointment was. He seemed very knowledgeable and gave practical solutions. I don't like that they do certain tests separately so that they are billed through medical insurance rather than vision.

Just to clarify, regardless of when we do the test, certain procedures like Visual Field testing are always going to be billed to your medical insurance due to the specific diagnosis . I mean, unless they gave me free glasses and a back massage I can't say this was anything different than any other eye doctor I've been to. But It was pleasant, easy, and fun to pick out new frames with the frames guy.

By far the best eye doctor I've been to -- and I've been seeing eye doctors since I was very young. Not only was Central Denver Eyecare able to accommodate my very last minute need to get in to see a doctor so I could get contacts, I've never been to an office that was more efficient. I was promptly taken back for the pre-screening process. After that, I waited only maybe a minute or two before the doctor called me back for my exam. What I really appreciated was that he was friendly, but also very prompt and efficient. A very quick, but thorough exam. He even reviewed the picture of my retina with me, and each part they evaluate and why. I would recommend Central Denver Eyecare in a heartbeat and will certainly be back.

My experience is always very pleasant and efficient. The administrative people are super friendly and are very knowledgable. Dr. Smith is absolutely great! He is quick yet very informational and has your best interests in mind. I can't say enough great things about this practice.
